The C.O.R.E. Leadership Conference (Cultivating Officers toward Readiness and Excellence) is a national forum hosted by the Duke University Naval ROTC Battalion. Next year’s programming will center on the theme “Coordinated Commands: Power through Partnership,” examining how effective leadership is strengthened through interservice cooperation, joint operations, and collaboration across domains. Designed to bring together MIDN, cadets, officer candidates, and MECEPs from service academies and ROTC units across the nation, the conference offers a unique opportunity for professional development, strategic insight, and meaningful engagement with senior military leaders.
